Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (if in person at MONROE, LA ONLY), Certified check, or Bank Wire Transfer. Payment in full must be received within 2 days prior to Factory Pickup. We do not accept credit cards or credit card checks. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, then we understand, but thes are our terms. Buyers are required to pay the proper State Sales Tax to their home state.
Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales are subject to a $46.00 documentary fee, a $25.00 Notary fee a $4.00 Temp Tag fee, and a $25.00 Administration Fee to cover reports, Fedexing Titles and mailing plates Priority Mail to customers. Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (only if coming to our Monroe, LA office in person), or Certified check, or Bank Wire Transfer. Sorry, the plant is not set up to accept any payments. Your Down Payment/Deposit must be received at once so that we can process your order, and then your final balance payment IN FULL must be received in our office at least 48 hours before the pickup date, this is to allow for the proper processing of your paperwork.
Saturday pickups may be scheduled with notice but, Sunday pickup is not allowed, as all Louisiana Licensed Dealers MUST be closed on Sunday.
NOTE: We do not accept any payment by credit cards; we will accept your deposit/down payment with a check (debit) card. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller.

We do not collect any sales tax. Our Louisiana buyers will be required to pay local city/parish/Louisiana State Sales Tax, after you return home. Outside of Louisiana you are responsible for all your applicable taxes in your state.
All sales are subject to a single administrative fee of $100.00

There Are Very Strict Guidelines, and they are as follows:
We MUST have a letter from your bank on The Bank's Letterhead with current date, and addressed, faxed, emailed to J&J AUTO PLAN, LLC, MONROE, LA. This letter must state that the bank will guarantee your single check in a stated amount, AND include the check number. A top level official of the bank must sign this letter. This is the only way a personal check will be accepted by J&J AUTO PLAN, LLC. We will require a new letter for each purchase.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
ALL banking transactions must be done during the banks business hours.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR PAYMENT IF YOUR BANK IS CLOSED!

We must SEE your official picture ID in order to pickup your trailer.
Your Total Balance Due Must Be Received By Our Home Office By Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union, Bank Cashiers Check, OverNite Express

And So That We Can Notify Our Security Department to Release Your Trailer.

IF PAYING WITH ANY FORM OF BANK PAYMENT, LIKE CHECK, BANK CHECK,
CASHIERS CHECK, MONEY ORDER, LETTER OF CREDIT,
(IN OTHER WORDS, ANY FORM OF BANK PAPER PAYMENT,
(OTHER THAN WIRE TRANSFER) WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS IF YOUR BANK IS CLOSED!
